The Division of Industrial Technologies provides hands-on, workforce-focused training designed to prepare students for high-demand careers in technical and industrial fields. Programs include automotive technology, diesel technology, HVAC and refrigeration technology, industrial maintenance technology, instrumentation and electrical technology, process technology, welding technology, corrosion technology and manufacturing technologies, along with pre-professional medical pathways. The Division of Health Sciences prepares students for careers focused on improving health, wellness and quality of life through a variety of clinical and academic pathways. Programs include nursing, physical therapist assistant, radiologic science, diagnostic medical sonography, surgical technology and university transfer pathways in athletic training, kinesiology and medical or health professions. These programs are designed to provide a strong foundation in patient care, clinical decision-making and evidence-based practice. Students in the division gain hands-on experience and technical training while developing the knowledge and skills needed for careers in hospitals, clinics, rehabilitation centers and other healthcare settings.
