The Kilgore College Help Desk is manned by Information Technology and eLearning staff members to assist students, faculty and staff. HELP DESK HOURS

  • Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturday: Noon to 6 p.m.

TECHNOLOGY ASSISTANCE FOR KC EMPLOYEES

KC employees now have a new, streamlined way to request technology assistance. The new technology assistance link allows employees to quickly submit requests for technical support, computer issues, software needs, account access problems and other technology-related services.
