The Kilgore College Help Desk is manned by Information Technology and eLearning staff members to assist students, faculty and staff. If you are experiencing issues or have a question related to KC technology or eLearning, feel free to contact the Help Desk staff by phone at (903) 988-7522, or by email.

  • Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturday: Noon to 6 p.m.
  • Sunday: 2. to 8 p.m.
