Ten-day exception periods:

A response to the Public Information Request will be given within 10 business days. Under Sec. 552.0031, BUSINESS DAYS include all days KC is open with regular hours with the exception of the following dates:

  • LABOR DAY: 9/4/2023
  • THANKSGIVING BREAK: 11/22 – 11/24/2023
  • CHRISTMAS BREAK: 12/18 – 12/27/2023
  • NEW YEAR’S DAY: 1/1/2024
  • MLK HOLIDAY: 1/15/2024
  • SPRING BREAK: 3/11 – 3/13/2024
  • MEMORIAL DAY: 5/24/2024
  • INDEPENDENCE DAY: 7/4/2024
