The Cashier’s Office is a division of the Business Office and is where students pay tuition and fees, learn more about payment plans, pay for testing, and inquire about or resolve any questions pertaining to financial obligations with Kilgore College.

January and August hours: During the months of January and August, office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Friday, 8 a.m. to 3:45 p.m.
Kilgore College offers several convenient payment options to help students manage tuition and fee payments. Students may pay online through the secure Pay Now system, explore available payment plan options or visit the Cashier’s Office on the Kilgore or Longview campuses for additional assistance.
Allows students to make a payment towards their balance due on account. PAY NOW is a secure online payment system offered through our partnership with Transact. Students can pay their account conveniently 24/7 online from any Internet connection. Transact accepts several different types of payments methods. PAY NOW is Kilgore College’s new quick, secure and convenient online payment processor provided by Transact. PAY NOW offers the convenience of paying online 24/7 from the comfort of your home – or anywhere that you have an internet connection. PAY NOW accepts all forms of debit cards, major credit cards, e-checks, 529 plans and international payments.
*Please note: If you wish to set up a payment plan to pay for your classes or housing in manageable installments, you will need to do so through our Transact Installment Payment Plan option.

If one of the above methods is not convenient, students can pay in person at the Cashier’s Office located in Kilgore on the west end of the Devall Student Center. Or visit the Cashier’s Office located on the KC-Longview campus in the Hendrix Building
Payment options, including Installment Plans, are available through AccessKC. A credit card or bank account number is required for payments made via the web. Installment plans are only available on the website and may not be set up in person. (A $35 nonrefundable enrollment fee and late fees depends on balance.
Kilgore College reserves the right to send unpaid accounts to a collection agency. The student will be responsible for any collections and/or attorney’s fees. Any collection costs associated with the collection of this debt are the responsibility of the student. Additionally, a past due account may be referred to the Texas Comptroller’s office, which allows the state to intercept payments to satisfy the debt on behalf of Kilgore College. Past-due accounts that are placed with the Texas Comptroller’s Office are placed on a “state hold.”
The college will assess a $35.00 service charge for each returned check, including “stop payment” orders. Excessive returned checks will result in suspension of check-writing privileges.
All monetary holds on student accounts must be paid by cash, money order, or credit card. CHECKS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Failure to submit payment by deadlines will result in being dropped from all registered classes. Payments must be made or arranged by the deadline.
The Student Accounts Office at Kilgore College will never ask for personal or confidential information, including Social Security numbers, credit card numbers or bank account numbers, via email or text. Please do not respond to any email or text request for this information, as it is a phishing scam.
Further, do not send sensitive information via email unless Social Security numbers and/or bank account numbers have been redacted on all pages.
