About the program

This comprehensive 120-hour training program is designed for current dietary managers, foodservice directors, and individuals seeking a career in foodservice management. The course meets the Pathway III guidelines set by the Association of Nutrition & Foodservice Professionals (ANFP), making graduates eligible to apply for the Certified Dietary Manager, Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM®, CFPP®) credentialing exam.

  • Class meets ON CAMUPS: Mondays from 4-9 p.m.
