Facility Rentals

Facility requests should be submitted at least two weeks prior to the requested event date.

• A 50% deposit is required to reserve a facility.
• The remaining balance is due upon signing the Facility Rental Agreement.
• Written notice of cancellation must be received at least 48 hours before the scheduled event. A $50 cancellation fee will be assessed for all cancellations.
• Any commercial advertisement that mentions or includes Kilgore College must receive prior approval from the Facility Coordinator.
• No candles, confetti, glitter, signs, posters or decorations may be attached to painted walls or used in prohibited areas.
