Location:

• The ballpark is located at the corner of Houston Street and S. Martin Street in Kilgore, TX. Google Maps Link

Parking:

• Fans park on Houston Street.  The admissions gate is off of Houston Street.  Handicap parking is in the parking lot on the corner of Houston and Martin streets.  For handicap access, use the ramp into the building located next to the ballpark and proceed through the north door of building to the field.

Tickets:

• Tickets are sold at each home game.  No tickets are pre-sold.

About The Ballpark at KC Commons:

Kilgore College opened the new Ballpark at KC Commons Feb. 3, 2017, with an official ribbon-cutting and opening day ceremony.

Following the ceremony, the Rangers defeated Crowder College 11-2 in the first ballgame at the new field.

Spearheaded with a $25,000 donation by Energy Weldfab president Mike Clements, more than $100,000 was raised by the KC Athletics department through donations to begin construction of the Ballpark at KC Commons.

Construction of the new field by local company K-K Mobbs Construction, Inc., who provided significant donations of labor and material in the completion of the project, was unanimously approved in June of 2016 by the KC Board of Trustees.

The Ballpark at KC Commons also features a new scoreboard thanks to a $10,000 donation from Herring Bank.

The Ballpark at KC Commons features an indoor practice facility, a state-of-the-art locker room and coaches offices.  It also has an athletic training room, equipment room, laundry facility and an umpire dressing room.  

KC began its softball program in 2013 and has been playing its home games at city-owned Stream Flo Field in Kilgore before moving to the new ballpark.
