The Gamma Omicron Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa (PTK) Honor Society at Kilgore College welcomed 58 new members during its spring induction ceremony April 15.
The ceremony featured a welcome from KC President Dr. Brenda Kays and a keynote address by Natalie Wade, chair of the Department of Biological Sciences.
Distinguished Service Awards were presented to Kristen Stovall, dean of Business and STEM, and Donny Seals, dean of Liberal and Fine Arts, in recognition of their dedicated support and meaningful impact on both Phi Theta Kappa and the greater KC community.
Student PTK President Annabelle Phillips of Hallsville reflected on the chapterโs accomplishments during the 2024โ25 academic year and led the official induction of new members by administering the PTK oath.
