The Kilgore College Help Desk is manned by Information Technology and eLearning staff members to assist students, faculty and staff. HELP DESK HOURS

  • Monday-Thursday: 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
  • Friday: 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Saturday: Noon to 6 p.m.
  • Sunday: 2. to 8 p.m.

Feel free to reach out via Zoom for tech support as well.  Zoom tech support is available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Mondays, Tuesdays & Wednesdays.
