The Kilgore College Business Management program is designed to prepare students for entry into supervisory, management and business positions across a variety of industries.
Students may choose a two-year Associate of Applied Science degree or a shorter certificate program in Business Management or Entrepreneurship, allowing flexibility for those seeking immediate workforce entry or additional career advancement opportunities.
Students pursuing business management may prepare for careers in supervision, operations, retail management, entrepreneurship, human resources, project coordination and organizational leadership.
