The Cashier’s Office is a division of the Business Office and is where students pay tuition and fees, learn more about payment plans, pay for testing, and inquire about or resolve any questions pertaining to financial obligations with Kilgore College.
By enabling your mobile credential and adding it to Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or Samsung Wallet, you as the Cardholder, have agreed to accept all current and future Kilgore College campus policies relative to KC Mobile ID and you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Adding our KC Mobile ID to Apple Wallet, Google Wallet, or Samsung Wallet allows the use of your mobile device in place of your physical Student Badge at all of Kilgore College current ID readers such as for payments, meal plan, door access, events, and more. Any misuse, tampering, or attempted alteration, including sharing your mobile credential with any other individual is in strict violation of Kilgore College policy and will result in disciplinary action. Cardholder will be liable for any unauthorized access by individuals not assigned to the ID that was used. Cardholder further agrees that Kilgore College shall not be liable for the use of this mobile credential or any losses or damages of any kind that result from Cardholders’ use of same.
The Cardholder is responsible for and hereby agrees to immediately deactivating any lost or stolen KC Mobile ID. The Cardholder must email IDCARDS@Kilgore.edu requesting their KC Mobile ID be deactivated and replaced.
Assigning of KC Mobile ID will take place at the beginning of each term. Removal will occur after the last day of each term.
Changes to Terms: Please visit the KC Academic Calendar containing term start and end dates.
Future changes to terms and conditions regulating use of the KC Mobile ID will apply to all IDs in circulation and use at the time and will supersede the terms and conditions in effect at the time the KC Mobile ID was acquired. Kilgore College reserves the right to change any of the aforementioned policies and/or Terms & Conditions at any time without notice and Cardholder agrees to be bound by same.
