Once the form has been processed, you will receive a link to your personalized application portal where you can complete the remaining requirements on your checklist!

Can’t get the final/official just yet? Don’t worry, we can use your unofficial transcript in the meantime. Just don’t forget to submit official copies right after high school graduation!
If you didn’t take a dual credit English and/or Math class, you might need to submit placement test scores. Check with the KC Admissions Office to confirm! If you have taken the TSI before, you can also upload a copy of your score report in your application portal.
Gotta stay healthy! Upload your shot records or an exemption waiver in your applicant portal.
