Registration is now open through Feb. 23 for Kilgore College’s upcoming Community Health Worker Training Program, with classes scheduled to begin March 2.
The 10-week program runs through May 15 and is delivered primarily online. The course includes eight weeks of online instruction followed by a two-week practicum requiring 30 hours per week.
Tuition for the program is $800.
The Community Health Worker Training Program prepares students to support individuals and families through health education, advocacy and community outreach.
