Students competing on varsity teams must meet academic requirements and be enrolled full time. Scholarships are available to some varsity students enrolled full time (subject to eligibility).

Training Facility:

The team practices in a state-of-the-art facility in the Devall Student Center with the best available gaming computer stations, powered by Dell, with 27-inch monitors and RTX 280-TI graphics cards. 

About the Esports Team at KC:

Professional video gaming - or Esports - has become a multi-billion dollar industry, and Kilgore College is on the cutting-edge of training future gamers. The KC Esports program began in the spring of 2019 as a competive collegeate gaming team that competes against other colleges and universities in Overwatch, League of Legends, Rocket League, Call of Duty and Hearthstone.

Kilgore College will host the Brian Hoberecht Boys' Basketball Camp from Monday-Thursday, July 6-9, 2020 in Masters Gymnasium on the Kilgore campus.

The camp is open to boys ages 5-17.  Cost is $100 per student through June 30 and $120 per student after June 30.

Registration will take place 8:30 a.m. Monday, July 6, in Masters Gymnasium. Total cost for the camp includes: camp ball, T-shirt, awards and lunch each day of the camp.

There will also be concessions open during break times. Snacks and drinks will be available at a very low price.
