How do I access my student email?

Kilgore College uses Gmail as the backbone for our student email system. Students can access their student email by navigating to https://www.gmail.com/ and logging in with their full email address and default password. This is your Kilgore College username followed by @go.kilgore.edu

Once you have successfully logged into your student email… follow the steps below.

  1. Click on the letter in the upper right-hand corner associated with your first name.
  2. Click on Manage Your Google Account
  3. Click on the Security menu option in the left pane

How do I get my transcript?

  1. Current students may use AccessKC to view their unofficial transcript by logging into AccessKC and clicking on the Transcript button at the AccessKC dashboard.

I am getting an invalid login error when I try to get into AccessKC. What does that mean?

If you are receiving this error message please contact the IT Helpdesk at (903) 988-7522 or by emailing them at helpdesk@kilgore.edu.

How do I access KC financial aid?

  1. Access the AccessKC Aid page by logging into your AccessKC account and clicking on AccessKC Aid. This will bring you to the KC Student Aid Portal. Follow the instructions to gain access here.
  2. If you find that you have locked yourself out of the KC Student Aid Portal; please contact Financial Aid at (903) 983-8211.

How do I access the Wi-Fi at Kilgore College?

  1. Log in to KCNet with your Kilgore College username and password (this is the same password you use to login to computers on campus or login to Blackboard.)
    1. Windows and Mac users – simply enter your username and password.
    2. iOS users – enter your username and password and accept, or trust, the certificate when asked to.
    3. Andriod users – enter your username and password, then enter Kilgore.edu in the domain if required.
    4. Chromebook users – Please call helpdesk at (903) 988-7522 or email us at helpdesk@kilgore.edu for further instruction.

How do I access Blackboard?

  1. Blackboard via AccessKC.
    1. Login to AccessKC and click on the Blackboard link at the AccessKC Dashboard.
  2. Blackboard directly from browser.

How do I contact my instructors?

How do I change my password?

  1. If you are logged into a campus computer (in one of the labs/ in the library) hit Ctl+Alt+Del on the keyboard and click on the Change Password option within Windows.
  2. To change the password associated with your AccessKC, Blackboard, Campus Wi-Fi, or campus computer login… please visit https://password.kilgore.edu/ and follow the instructions at the login screen.
  3. Students may change their student email password by going to gmail.com and logging in with the username and password you have assembled on the AccessKC website at https://accesskc.kilgore.edu/
