Rangers defeat LSC-Tomball to improve to 5-1

KILGORE, TX -- The Kilgore College Rangers had four players in double figures Nov. 18 in a victory over the Lone Star College-Tomball Timberwolves, 81-66.

KC sophomore Ndene Gueye posted a double-double with 10 points and 13 rebounds.

Cheikh Diallo led all scorers with 19 points and freshman guard Tre Evans scored 15 points, knocking down 4-of-7 three pointers for the Rangers.

Freshman guard Chad Bowie got key minutes also, scoring 10 points for KC.

LSC-Tomball was led in scoring by Deshon Lenette with 15 points.  Two other Timberwolves were in double figures with Antonio Anderson scoring 11, and Willie Mason scoring 10 points.

With the win, KC improves to 5-1 on the season.

The Rangers' next game is 4 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 19, against Cedar Valley College to wrap up the KC Classic.

TJC will play the first game at 2 p.m. Nov. 19 against LSC-Tomball.
