CARTHAGE, TX -- The Kilgore College men got a huge road victory over Panola College, 89-78, leading by as many as 20 points in the second half.
Panola came into the game in second place in Region XIV North with a 10-5 conference record.
KC's Jaleel Wheeler led all Rangers with 21 points to give the Rangers their third win in a row.
C.B. Diallo scored 19 points for KC and Antonio Moore and Alassane Kah scored 14 points each.
The Rangers shot 63 percent for the game.
KC guard Tye Wilburn came back from a two-week injury to score seven points. Wilburn also had four assists.
Panola's Charles Tucker led all scorers with 22 points.
With the win, KC improves to 18-9 overall and 8-9 in Region XIV play.
The Rangers' next game is 7:30 p.m. at home on Saturday, Feb. 24, versus Tyler Junior College.
