KILGORE, TX -- The Rangers are on a roll. Extending their conference winning streak to three games, the KC men defeated Panola College Feb. 18 in Kilgore 69-57 with help from four players in double figures.
Jonathan Milligan led all KC scorers with 19 points (10-of-11 from the free throw line).
Bakari Copeland and Michael Thomas each had 13 points and Shaq Keith added 10. Alassane Kah, Copeland and Thomas were big on the boards, combining for 19 rebounds.
The game was back-and-forth in the first half with five lead changes, but KC expanded its three-point halftime lead with key shots down the stretch.
Panola's Israel Omigie led all scorers with 20 points. Tommy Heard was also in double figures for Panola with 11 points.
With the win, KC improves to 19-8 overall and 11-6 in conference play.
They are off Saturday, but will travel to Tyler Junior College to face the Apaches on Wednesday, Feb. 25.
