KC is 53-11 over previous two seasons, 29-9 in region

Over the previous two seasons, KC has a total record of 53-11 and a conference record of 29-9. The Rangers have been ranked 24-straight weeks in the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) National Poll and have a 28-2 home record during the previous two seasons. The 2012-13 KC basketball team made it to the Sweet Sixteen of the NJCAA National Tournament and finished the season ranked 15th nationally. Eight student athletes from the KC men’s basketball team have signed Division I college scholarships over the past two seasons. This season, KC was defeated by Trinity Valley Community College March 7 in the semifinals of the Region XIV Tournament, 64-48. KC finished the season at 25-6 overall and 14-5 in conference play.
