Jacksonville College defeats Lady Rangers 50-42

KILGORE, TX -- The Lady Rangers had a hard time coming back from a 10-point first half resulting in a 50-42 loss to the Jacksonville College Lady Jaguars Jan. 10.

Both teams struggled to put up points early in the contest with KC only making 11 percent (3-of-27) of its shots in the first half.

KC's Adrianna Edwards was the game's high scorer with 16 points, followed by Jacksonville's Christina Robinson who had 15.  The Lady Jags had two other players in double figures -- Brianna Wise and Joy Okeke who both had 10 points.

With the loss, the Lady Rangers drop to 5-9 overall and 2-5 in Region XIV play.

They will play at home 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 14, versus Bossier Parish Community College.
