Business Leadership Skills Certificate:

The Business Leadership Skills Certificate program is a series of eight courses that help develop leadership & management skills.  Each course is 18 hours and is very reasonably priced. The program is designed to be completed in just one semester. Participants who complete this certificate will receive a “Marketable Skills Achievement Award” in addition to individual course certificates. Individuals who successfully complete this certificate will receive a Marketable Skills Achievement Award.

Accounting and Finance for Non-Financial Managers

This course places emphasis on the development and use of accounting info to support managerial decision-making processes in manufacturing, service & for-profit settings.  Topics include managing internal controls concerning cost/budgeting, analyzing profit/loss statements, recognizing and correcting financial problems, and utilizing formulas to determine organizational profitability.  Textbook required.

Spanish for the Workplace

This Command Spanish® course is for non-Spanish supervisors in the workplace wanting to communicate with Spanish-speaking employees. Learn to use Spanish to  compliment employees; discuss employment issues including hiring/dismissal; discuss time/schedule issues; discuss work rules/regulations; respond to medical emergencies; & address safety issues.
