Students who graduate from this program can work as automobile and truck technicians for new car dealerships, fleet maintenance and repair shops. Many graduates go into business for themselves.

Outstanding. Since 1999, 100 percent of graduates have been placed in jobs in the automotive industry.

According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, the national median salary for Automotive Technology is $34,550. Local salaries will vary.
Graduates going into business for themselves or in management in large dealerships may make much more.
How long does it take to complete the program?
Graduates of the two-year program earn an Associate of Applied Science Degree. Two shorter certificate programs are also available.
