Awards


Under Mrs. Craddock's leadership, the Kilgore College student newspaper, The Flare, has won the Sweepstakes Award, the highest state award given to both the Texas Intercollegiate Press Association and the Texas Community Journalism Association ( in both the TIPA and TCCJA). Journalism has won 936 awards in the past twenty-two years.
