HOBET Exam Schedule (Radiologic Technology)

The HOBET (Health Occupation Basic Entrance Test) is a computerized assessment that consists of the following subjects: Essential Math Skills, Reading Comprehension for Science Textbooks and Reading Rate, Critical Thinking Appraisal, Test-taking Skills, Stress Levels, Social Interaction Profile, Learning Styles, Composite Scores. Scores are available immediately following the test. The cost of the exam is $40.




Registration Procedures:

• Candidates must pay $40 fee by cash, credit card, or money order in the Cashier's Office.
  
• Candidates must complete and submit the HOBET registration form in person.
  (registration forms received by mail will be returned).
  
• Candidates needing test accommodates should contact the Special Populations Office at least 1 week prior to the desired test date to secure arrangements.

  
  General Information:

• Testing is on a first-come, first-served basis with limited seating.
  
• The test is timed and should take approximately 3 hours to complete.
  
• Score reports will be provided at the end of the test.
  
• Candidates should contact the Rad Tech Department to determine entrance into the program.
