PLACEMENT TESTING (ACCUPLACER)

The Texas Success Initiative (TSI) requires students seeking to enroll in college-level courses be assessed on the THEA or and approved alternative placement exam in the basic skill areas of reading, writing, and mathematics prior to enrolling in such coursework unless exempt. ACCUPLACER is the approved alternative test is used at KC.
