PART-TIME/ADJUNCT FACULTY POOL
As an institution dedicated to providing high quality, convenient educational services, Kilgore College often utilizes part time/adjunct faculty during both the day and evening hours. In an effort to maintain a pool of qualified candidates of potential adjunct faculty, Kilgore College welcomes interested individuals to make application at any time by simply submitting a letter of interest, a current resume and unofficial copies of college transcripts to the Office of Human Resources.
Please note: Applicants should specify in their letter of interest whether they are available for day and/or evening appointments Kilgore College currently utilizes part time/adjunct faculty members in three areas.
1. University parallel/transfer
2. Developmental
3. Occupational/Technical courses
Minimum requirements as well as specific teaching areas for each are listed below University Parallel/Transfer Courses Minimum Requirements:
A master's degree plus 18 graduate hours in the teaching field from a regionally accredited institution of higher education Previous teaching experience preferred.

Developmental Courses:
Minimum Requirements: A bachelor's degree in the teaching field from a regionally accredited institution of higher education. Previous teaching experience preferred.
Teaching Disciplines Concepts of Fitness
Mathematics English
Math Lab English as a Second or Other Language
Reading
Occupational/Technical Courses:
Minimum Requirements: Must hold the highest level of education granted through the particular program (e.g., certificate or associate's degree) from a regionally accredited institution of higher education and have at least 5 years of experience in the field. Previous teaching/training experience preferred.
