Diesel Technology
Begin a career as a Diesel Technician in the Heavy Equipment and Truck Repair Industry at Kilgore College—Longview. Program emphases is placed on theory and actual hands-on work experience. Start with the 42-hour certificate that will take one year to complete. After that, an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Diesel Technology is just six courses away. Classes begin in August.

Tuition:
Degree— $3,025 (In-District) $5,965 (Out-of-District)
Certificates— $2,233 (In-District) $4,291 (Out-of-District)
Tuition is divided by semester and payable at the beginning of each semester.
Textbooks & Supplies: Approximately $1,200 for the degree and $700 for the certificate.
