The Business Leadership Skills Certificate program is a series of eight courses that will help you develop your employee’s leadership and management skills. Each course is 18 hours and is very reasonably priced. The entire program is designed to be completed in just one semester. Participants who complete this certificate will receive a “Marketable Skills Achievement Award” in addition to individual course certificates.
Courses include Leadership Skills for Managers and Supervisors; Communication Skills for Managers and Supervisors; Professional Business Speaking Skills; Performance Management Skills; Team Building in the Workplace; Quality Customer Service; Workplace Critical Thinking and Problem Solving; and Workplace Issues for Managers and Supervisors.
*Individuals who successfully complete this certificate will receive a Marketable Skills Achievement Award.
