Adult Education
Adult Education offers ESL (English as a Second Language), Exam Preparation, GED and Literacy/Basic Skills free of charge to all students. Programs are offered in 25 different locations in Longview, Gilmer, Gladewater, Henderson, Kilgore, Price (Carlisle), Overton and Tatum. Many employers use Adult Education programs to help their employees develop basic reading and math skills, prepare for the GED, or learn English.

Continuing Education
Continuing Education offers campus-based business, corporate and industrial courses as well as self-improvement courses. Courses are offered at both the Kilgore and Longview campuses. We offer courses in all occupations for which there is a known need. These non-credit, short courses are designed for improving job efficiency, increasing job skills or retraining for new careers.

Small Business Development Center (SBDC)
The Kilgore College Small Business Development Center (KCSBDC) provides counseling, training and information to small businesses and prospective small business owners. The office is located in Longview with a service area that includes Gregg, Harrison, Rusk, Upshur, Marion and Panola counties. The KCSBDC is a cooperative effort of Kilgore College and the U.S. Small Business Administration.

Workforce Development
Workforce Development offers on-site or off-site customized training programs developed to meet your company's goals and objectives. Services include pre-employment screening and training, company-based training and other programs specifically tailored to meet your company’s needs and schedule. Trainers are selected from a pool of professionals with vast experience in business and industry.
